Originally from Milwaukee, WI, Carlotta Franklin brings her Midwestern work ethic and warm personality to the heart of Georgia real estate. Now calling McDonough, GA home, she enjoys the sunshine with her husband, brother, and two active boys.
With a degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a strong background in finance and operations—spanning from banking to retail manufacturing—Carlotta is the backbone of Peach Close Co.’s day-to-day success. Her expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and systems organization makes her a vital part of ensuring smooth and seamless closings for every client.
But real estate is more than numbers for Carlotta—it’s a passion. Having personally navigated the buying and selling process, she now finds joy in helping others do the same, combining her love for homes with her natural gift for guiding people through big moments with care and clarity.
